Our Story
Pantmawr Cheeses began in 1990 when the Jennings family decided to diversify their traditional Welsh hill farm.
What started as a small operation has grown into one of Pembrokeshire's most beloved artisan cheese producers.
Today, the second generation of the Jennings family continues the tradition, combining time-honored techniques with innovative flavors.
Our Cheesemaking Process
Local Milk
We source our milk from local Pembrokeshire farms, ensuring the highest quality and supporting our local farming community.
Traditional Methods
Our cheese is made by hand using traditional methods that have been passed down through generations of Welsh cheesemakers.
Patient Aging
We age our cheeses in carefully controlled conditions, allowing them to develop their full flavor and character.
