Delivery

How do you keep the cheese cold during delivery?
All orders are packed in insulated boxes with food-safe ice packs to maintain a safe temperature throughout transit. Our packaging is designed to keep your cheese in perfect condition for 24–48 hours during delivery.
How long will delivery take?
We dispatch orders within 2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Standard delivery to mainland UK takes 1–3 working days. We'll email you with a tracking link when your order is dispatched.
Is delivery free?
We offer free delivery on orders over £50. For orders under £50, a standard delivery charge applies (shown at checkout). We can deliver to most UK mainland addresses.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, or islands?
We can deliver to some remote areas but additional charges and lead times may apply. Please contact us before ordering to confirm we can deliver to your postcode.

Storing & Enjoying Your Cheese

How should I store my cheese?
Refrigerate your cheese as soon as possible after delivery. Keep it in the warmest part of the fridge (usually the cheese or salad drawer). For best flavour, remove hard and semi-hard cheeses from the fridge 30–60 minutes before eating to allow them to come to room temperature. Soft cheeses are best served lightly chilled.
How long will the cheese last once I receive it?
All our cheeses are clearly labelled with best-before dates. As a general guide: fresh cheeses should be consumed within 5–7 days of opening; hard and semi-hard cheeses will keep for 3–4 weeks once opened if wrapped properly in waxed paper or cling film.
Can I freeze the cheese?
We recommend against freezing as it can change the texture of artisan cheese. However, hard cheeses such as our aged Cheddar can be frozen in small portions if absolutely necessary. Defrost slowly in the fridge and use within 2 days of defrosting.
Do your cheeses contain allergens?
All our cheeses contain milk. Some varieties are made with goat's or sheep's milk. Individual product pages list all allergens. If you have specific concerns, please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to advise.
